Report a violation of the Digital Markets Act
You can provide KKV with information about conduct that may violate the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA). If, based on the information we receive, we consider that there may have been a violation of the Digital Markets Act, we will forward the information to the European Commission for possible further investigation. You can also provide information directly to the European Commission as a citizen or business. The European Commission is responsible for enforcing the Digital Markets Act.

The maximum size of a secure email message is 500 MB. If all documents cannot be included in a single email due to the large file size, specify in the subject field how many messages will be sent in total (for example, “DMA report 1/3”).
A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address entered as the sender’s address in the secure email form.

Based on the information it receives, KKV carries out a brief assessment of whether the gatekeeper’s conduct may constitute non-compliance with the Digital Markets Act. If, based on our preliminary assessment, we consider that the conduct may violate the Digital Markets Act, we will forward the information to the European Commission. KKV does not have independent powers to investigate whether conduct constitutes non-compliance with the Digital Markets Act based on the information it receives.
The information submitted to KKV provides important insights into how markets operate, including in cases where the information is not forwarded to the European Commission. If the information submitted may indicate a breach of competition rules, we may investigate the matter separately as a suspected restriction of competition.
