On 29 November 2016, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority FCCA approved a business transaction whereby Intera Partners Oy acquires the security services business of ISS Security Oy and ISS Palvelut Oy.
The FCCA has concluded that the acquisition will not significantly impede effective competition in the Finnish market.
The security services business provided by ISS Security and ISS Palvelut include security guard services, security systems, and network protection and remote computing services.
lntera Partnersis a private equity company that invests in Nordic companies. The selection of security products and services provided by ISS Security and ISS Palvelut does not overlap with those offered by other companies owned by Intera Partners.
The FCCA’s decision includes business secrets of the parties involved. The decision can only be published once all confidential information has been removed, which will take approximately two weeks.
