VXI provides outsourced customer engagement services such as call centre services and IT outsourcing services to the corporate sector. In Finland, VXI operates through Symbio Finland Oy.

The FCCA’s decision includes business secrets of the parties involved. The decision can only be published after the confidential information has been removed, which will take approximately two weeks.
