Offer request and contract
Make a written contract so that you have proof of what has been agreed. An oral contract is usually next to impossible to proof when disputes arise.
Defects in renovation
If completion of renovation work is significantly delayed, you may claim the compensation for delay or standard compensation noted in the written agreement.
