The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) approved on 20 March 2017 the acquisition of Auto-Bon Oy and Maan Auto Oy by Vehicle Trade Holding Oy.
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has concluded that the acquisition will not significantly impede effective competition in the Finnish market.
Vehicle Trade Holding is part of the Bassadone Automotive Group that imports several makes of car into Finland. Auto-Bon and Maan Auto are part of Veho Group Oy Ab that imports Citroëns, DSs and Peugeots.
The FCCA’s decision includes business secrets of the parties involved. The decision cannot be published until the business secrets have been removed, i.e. in around two weeks’ time.
