Contact the vendor as soon as possible. Complaint forms are available on the website of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA). The website also contains information about resolving consumer disputes.
If you cannot reach an agreement with the vendor to obtain compensation for the defect, contact the Consumer advisory services. Services are free of charge. Consumer advisors give guidance in Finnish (tel. 029 505 3050) and Swedish (tel. 029 505 3030). Therefore persons wishing to consult an advisor in some other language must get an interpreter at their own expense. If the dispute cannot be solved through mediation, you can refer it to the Consumer Disputes Board.
