The Consumer Ombudsman is preparing two new guidelines for which comments are requested from stakeholders.
The guidelines are aimed at both those who offer or broker consumer credit. However, the guidelines for payment of online shopping are aimed at online shops and companies offering payment solutions for online shops.
In order for the guidelines to serve both companies and consumers as well as possible, we welcome any comments, suggestions and other feedback. Please email any comments latest on 11 October 2016 to email@example.com, after which work on the guidelines will be continued with the stakeholders.
