The payee determines the payment methods that can be used for making payments to this payee. However, the options provided must not be unreasonable from the consumer's perspective.
Invoices must be paid by their due dates. Failure to pay an invoice by its due date constitutes a breach of the agreement, in which case companies are allowed to collect delay interest and reminder and collection costs for this invoice.
If an invoice features an error, the company in question must be notified immediately.
