Fees paid by organisers
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority charges an annual supervision and insolvency protection fee to all organisers entered in the Travel Guarantee Register. The entry in the register is confirmed by the FCCA’s registration decision, for which a one-off fee of EUR 150 is charged.
Supervision fee
The annual supervision fee is collected at the end of each calendar year.
The payment category is determined on the basis of the maximum security amount during the calendar year.
The due date of the supervision fee falls in the following calendar year.

Insolvency protection fee
The insolvency protection fee is 0.024% of the organiser’s net sales of travel packages in the preceding financial year.
The organisers’ bookkeeping arrangements should make it possible to itemise travel packages in the final accounts.
The insolvency protection fee is payable once a year.
