The Complaint Assistant
File a complaint with the company
The Complaint Assistant helps you draw up a written complaint to a trader or billing company.
As a result, you will receive a completed complaint letter, which you must send to the trader yourself.
-
The Complaint Assistant provides guidance on matters such as claiming compensation or disputing an unjustified invoice. It also provides information about consumer rights and advice on the most common problems.
- Before using the Complaint Assistant, read our instructions for various situations.
- File a complaint with the trader as soon as possible after noticing the problem.
- Submit your complaint to the trader in writing, for example by email. This ensures that both your message and the trader’s response are saved and can be used if a dispute needs to be resolved.
- In addition to your complaint, provide evidence supporting your position whenever possible. For example, you can send the trader photographs, documents, email correspondence or other evidence that supports your claim.
